Latest Update on Coronavirus Covid19 and the Effects on Lake Michigan Salmon Charter Fishing in Wisconsin

As I’ve continued to say in my updates, things change quickly. Wisconsin’s current government orders prevent us from running fishing charters here on Lake Michigan.

The end of the current orders is on Memorial Day. After that point, we are hopeful, and prepared to open as usual. There will almost certainly be some new guidelines that we must follow. Regardless, we are going to be doing everything we can to keep our guests safe while having fun enjoying the great outdoors.

We do continue to accept new bookings. Now is a great time to plan a date. You will have the peace of mind knowing that we are being very flexible, and will be refunding deposits or rescheduling dates for any charter trips that we are unable to run.

Lake Michigan Charter Fishing Could Make a Great Activity near Door County for family or friends during the Coronavirus pandemic

If we are able to open, joining us for a salmon fishing charter on Lake Michigan could be an excellent alternative this summer to some of the busier attractions and events in Green Bay, Door County, and Kewaunee County. Many of those larger events and gathering places have already been cancelled, closed, or postponed. A smaller group setting like charter fishing in Kewaunee would provide a safe way for family and friends to enjoy the outdoors together. Fishing is a wonderful family acitivity that can also help take your mind off of things for a while and just enjoy your surroundings while battling some hard fighting salmon and trout.
